When I came to the United States last fall, my first awareness was the gargantuan scale of my surroundings.
Everything around me looked massive compared to my home country of South Korea.
I easily sensed the “Giant America” in everything – large crowds, big markets and complex industrial structures.
This work, Giant America, composes this feeling of largeness.
