Nolan is a neuroscientist, reader, photographer and installation-maker. He is introverted and tall, blue-haired and sensitive, sincere and sassy – an act of balance. Perhaps all these contradictions appearing at once mirror his intermost battle of questions. He is California born, and Ohio bound.
